Laboratory Single Layer Glass Reactor 100L Long Service Life PTFE Material Parts
Glass Reactor Laboratory

The glass reactor can operate under natural pressure or negative pressure conditions. This jacketed reactor features a double-layer glass design with an interlayer between the inner and outer layers that circulates heating or cooling sources to regulate material temperature within the reaction vessel.

Ideal for stirring, mixing, distillation, and extraction processes, this glass reactor is widely used in modern chemistry, biochemical research, pharmaceutical development, and advanced synthetic applications. The unit includes a large discharge valve at the bottom of the reaction kettle for efficient material handling.

  • Constructed with 304 stainless steel frame and movable design
  • Features at least 5 preformed holes on the lid for liquid recycling, inflow, temperature measurement, liquid addition, and other processes
  • Main reactor body manufactured from G3.3 borosilicate glass
  • Supports chemical reaction temperatures from -120°C to 300°C
  • Operates under vacuum and constant pressure conditions
  • Achieves vacuum rate of -0.098MPa in quiescent state
  • Stirring hole sealed with alloy steel mechanical sealing part
  • PTFE material connectors ensure vacuum integrity
  • PT100 temperature sensor for high-precision temperature measurement
