The ultrasonic continuous glass reactor is designed for processing powder materials in liquid phase, including crushing, dispersing, and mixing. While mechanical mixing is commonly used, processing time can be extensive, particularly for solid particles smaller than 10μm dispersed in liquid. For solid particles in mixing processes, the mixing rate and mass transfer rate reach limit values and become constants. Even with increased mixing speed, reaction efficiency does not improve significantly. The ultrasonic reactor utilizes multiple effects including ultrasonic dispersion, grinding, and activation, which can disrupt solvent structure and enhance reactivity, dispersing, and grinding particles to further reduce their diameter.
