1-100L Big New Glass Jacketed Laboratory Reactor Vessel
High vacuum reactor autoclave with 10L reaction flask volume, 8L interlayer volume, 12mm stirring diameter, and 90W stirring power. The double-layer glass reactor combines domestic and international product advantages, featuring a double-layer glass design that allows reaction solvents in the internal layer for stirring reactions. Connect different cold and heat sources (refrigerating fluid, hot water, or hot oil) to the interlayer for cyclic heating or cooling reactions.
Under set constant temperature conditions, you can conduct stirring reactions under normal or negative pressure in airtight glass reactors, as well as backflow and distillation of reaction solutions. This double-layer glass reactor is an ideal pilot test and production equipment for modern fine chemical engineering, biological pharmacy, and new material synthesis.
The glass reactor series mainly includes: double-layer glass reaction kettle, component cover set, condenser, constant voltage funnel, frequency conversion controller, rotating stirring and sealing system, and stainless steel frame system.
